Servo Presses

Servo press technology is the most efficient solution in the forming sector, combining the high cycle speed of mechanical presses with the stroke flexibility of hydraulic presses in a single platform. At Supreme Engineering, we integrate high-torque Direct-Drive servo motor technology into our press architecture, liberating the ram movement from a fixed cycle and transforming it into a fully programmable structure. This design, which minimizes dependency on traditional flywheels and complex clutch systems, provides control over speed, torque, and position at every millisecond of the stroke, pushing operational capability beyond standards.

The customizable motion profiles (Pendular, Link-Motion, etc.) offered by our systems allow for the application of the most ideal stroke strategy for every die and part geometry. Precise control of speed at the point of contact with the die reduces shock loads, extending tool life while ensuring excellent part surface quality. Our integrated recuperation (energy recovery) modules convert kinetic energy generated during deceleration into electrical energy and store it, radically reducing peak power demand from the grid. This technology ensures sustainable profitability through fewer wear parts and optimized energy management.
